There is a 2 months+ Calpol and 6 years+ Calpol, these tend to have a chart on the box to guide parents in being able to carry out the medication to the child without any problems or doubts. As a perent you would need to know the childs body weight and age to provide the medication. If the age of the child is quite young, the dosage will be as low administered to the child. Also you would need to consult your doctor if the child will need to take the drug for more than 3 days. Usually purchasing products over the counter, the medication should only be used and consumed for not more than 3 days. This is to ensure the body does not adapt to pain free living or anyrhing that will cause the body to become addicted.
